01Key Responsibilities
Media Manage and mentor a team of designers (graphic + motion). Define design standards and processes for L&D media. Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and Tech teams. Drive adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency. Ensure scalability of media capability across accounts.Graphics Advance knowledge of design tool (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural) Good knowledge of UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design. Strong understanding of L&D media workflows, Knowledge of AI/AR/VR in learning. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Innovation-driven mindset to lead design strategy.
