VP - Bangalore

As a member of Alternatives Capital Markets & Strategy (ACMS) team at Goldman Sachs, you will be responsible for overseeing all institutional capital markets, capital raising, and strategy for alternative investments. Engaging with both proprietary direct-investing programs and external managers strategies, you will centrally manage capital raising for various alternative products. Your role will involve coordinating product team priorities, sales teams, and investing clients of the firm to curate the product suite by sales channel.

- Manage an institutionalized and consistent approach to each fundraising campaign across the GS Alternatives Platform, including strategy, sequencing, marketing, and distribution, and tracking of KPIs - Handle client and campaign analytics and dashboards, assess data patterns to assist in resource allocation - Coordinate with Client Coverage teams to distribute alternatives products - Communicate fundraising progress and narrative with the executive office and key stakeholders

- Knowledge of and high degree of intellectual curiosity on alternatives investment strategies - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with different deadlines - Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills - Motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic - Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint - Prior investment banking or capital markets experience is an asset (Note: Any additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description)
