Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate branch performance
- Drive a performance-oriented sales culture
- Manage, develop, train, and motivate the sales force
- Meet/exceed revenue targets across all branches
- Generate and manage key prospect relationships
- Define and execute a penetration strategy for existing clients
- Achieve sales targets in assigned territories
- Develop strategies and plans to expand customer base
- Provide specialist guidance to branch heads, team members, associates, sales staff, and service staff
- Identify and develop new markets for growth
- Analyze current trends, understand market needs, and develop key business relationships
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or insurance, PG qualification or additional degree in insurance domain is an advantage
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with the C-Suite
- Knowledge of insurance industry operations, underwriting philosophy, risk selection and assessment techniques, premium rating, loss trends
- Experience in managing complex portfolios including insurance portfolios
In addition to the above, the salary offered will be commensurate with experience and will not be a limiting factor.
