KEY RESULT AREAS:-
1. Search databases like Tracxn, go on websites, read publications, and make visits to markets/malls to look for potential deals
2. Use personal and official networks and connects to look for potential deals
3. Attend conferences, seminars, events etc. to look for potential deals
4. Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market, and economy research
5. Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of private entities within various industries using globally accepted relevant approaches and theory
6. Writing industry reports on emerging sectors and coverage reports on the emerging sectors
7. Analyzing the Financial Statements audited or unaudited, Management Accounts or any other data provided in order to gain understanding of the business drivers and cost to form an opinion on whether or not we should invest in the company
8. Preparing and presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner
9. Preparing financial models to determine attractiveness of the proposed investment to the fund in terms of IRRs, payback period etc.
10. Forecasting IRRs for potential Portfolio companies
1. Identifying and communicating potential engagements to internal/ external management
12. Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications
13. Site visit to potential Portfolio company
14. Any other work which may arise from time to time .
