About the roleBarclays is seeking a VicePresident Project Manager to lead largescale Finance and Treasury technology transformation programmes in Pune. You will own endtoend delivery, drive strategic change, and ensure robust governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment.Key responsibilitiesDefine, plan and execute complex change and transformation projects across business and technology functions.Manage project plans, budgets, resources, dependencies and RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) throughout the lifecycle.Lead and motivate crossfunctional project teams, ensuring accountability and delivery against agreed objectives.Engage senior stakeholders, provide regular progress reporting and influence decisions within governance frameworks.Facilitate changemanagement activities, including training and communication, to embed new processes and technology.Required profileProven experience leading complex finance, risk, operations or regulatory change programmes in a global financial services environment.Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.Required skillsAgile methodologyWaterfall methodologyProject management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)What we offerOpportunity to shape strategic technology initiatives for a leading global bank.Collaborative, highimpact environment with senior leadership exposure.Competitive compensation package aligned with seniorlevel responsibilities. .
