What You'll Own
Build deep CXO relationships (CIO, CFO, Supply Chain, Merchandising)
Identify and close large, multi-year transformation deals ($5M$25M+)
Position our services as a business transformation lever, not just implementation
Drive cross-sell of Data, AI, Cloud, and Platform capabilities
Expand accounts through consumption-led and outcome-based models
How You'll Differentiate
Bring an AI-first, platform-led point of view (automation, SDLC acceleration, cost optimization)
Lead with value hypotheses, inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, cloud cost takeout
Use industry context: demand sensing, supply chain agility, trend-to-store acceleration
Shift conversations from projects programs platforms outcomes
How Success Is Measured
Net revenue growth and account expansion
Large deal wins ($5M+) and pipeline creation
Client value realization (cost, speed, efficiency)
Executive trust and long-term partnerships
Requirements
What We're Looking For
10-18+ years in consulting/services with strong sales ownership
Proven track record of growing strategic accounts ($10M+)
Startup or high-growth sales experience
Ability to connect business strategy to measurable impact .
