Job title: AVP/ VP - Wealth Management Solutions
Location: Bengaluru/ Mumbai/ Pune
Who are we looking for
A seasoned Solutions skilled with a solid understanding of wealth management technology solutioning, who can design and deliver innovative solutions relevant to wealth management in North American markets.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable success in designing and delivering solutions and large transformation initiatives that impact key business metrics across wealth management segments.
S/he would work closely with our relationship and sales teams as well as technologists to bring the best of our organization to clients by helping identify market prospects, designing and creating solutions and related collateral shaping, defining the Go-To-Market strategy, and helping build a qualified sales pipeline.
What you will be doing
Analyze the market to identify opportunities.
Develop proactive propositions and collateral to take to clients.
Help in defining the GTM strategy, and work with colleagues to showcase these solutions to our clients and prospects.
Design and build MVPs in the following business areas:
Self-directed investing.
Advisor-led wealth management.
Private banking.
Supporting functions: compliance and supervision, sales and marketing, back office and custodial functions, amongst others.
Explore and develop partnerships with third parties as practical.
Present capabilities and credentials to third parties like the analyst and third-party advisor community.
You will be measured through your contribution to the growth of revenue from wealth management clients.
Who were looking for
At least 15 years of experience in the business of wealth management across business, operations & technology
