Role Overview
As a W2 Recruiter specializing in IT and Engineering, your main responsibility will be sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for W2 roles in the US market. Your role will require a strong background in both IT and Engineering recruitment, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates for W2 roles in the US market
- Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and Indeed
- Maintain a strong understanding of IT roles (Developers, QA, Cloud, etc.) and Engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve recruitment goals
Qualification Required:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
