Job Summary
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience in supporting Loan Origination Systems (LOS) within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production/application support, API troubleshooting, SQL, and incident management. Experience supporting loan processing applications and integrations with banking systems is preferred.
Required Skills
2.5+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.
Experience supporting Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or banking applications.
Strong understanding of Banking and Lending business processes.
Good knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP methods, and status codes.
Hands-on experience with Postman and Swagger for API testing.
Strong SQL skills (Joins, Subqueries, Stored Procedures, Views).
Experience with Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting basics.
Knowledge of log monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana, ELK, or Dynatrace.
Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with loan lifecycle management and lending products.
Exposure to banking middleware or integration platforms.
Knowledge of Java-based enterprise applications.
Basic scripting using Shell or Python.
Experience with Jenkins, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience in Banking/Financial Services, especially Loan Origination Systems.
Strong API troubleshooting, SQL, Unix/Linux, and production support experience.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and support critical production environments. .
