Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate AR Voice Experience Representative with experience in Behavioral Health to support revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, insurance claim resolution, patient account management, and behavioral health billing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform AR follow-up on denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims.
- Contact insurance companies via phone to resolve claim issues.
- Review and analyze EOBs, denials, and payment variances.
- Work behavioral health claims including Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activities.
- Identify billing errors and coordinate corrections with internal teams.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Required Qualifications :
- 1-4 years of Accounts Receivable (AR) experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
- Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health billing and collections experience.
- Experience working with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Excellent voice communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze denials and drive claim resolution.
- Interview timings-3:00PM-5:00PM
