Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for US healthcare providers.
Work on denial management and take prompt actions to resolve denials.
Review assigned work orders accurately.
Follow up with insurance carriers to check claim status and ensure timely processing.
Track outstanding claims and obtain payment information once processed.
Analyze rejected claims and take corrective action.
Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Web Portal navigation, and Denied Claims handling.
Work From Office only.
Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred.
Must have complete documents (Education certificates, Offer letters, Payslips, Relieving letters, etc.).

Time: 12:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Cab facility available up to 30 km radius.Shift
