Job Description
Diebold Nixdorf is looking for Associate Service Desk Representatives to provide proactive customer support and technical assistance. The selected candidates will assist customers through inbound calls and ticketing systems while troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and service requests.
- Create and manage tickets within the support system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Use remote troubleshooting tools to support customers.
- Escalate incidents when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in ticketing systems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely communication.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Support.
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of Windows, Office applications, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Willingness to work in a customer support setting.
