We're Hiring: Senior Accountant / SME / Team Lead GL / R2R
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Shift: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM
Notice Period: Up to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee General Ledger (GL) / Record-to-Report (R2R) activities.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle client communication and stakeholder management effectively.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve performance and productivity goals.
Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in the GL / R2R domain.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to work in the 7:00 PM 4:00 AM shift.
