Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
Explain IndiaFilings' products and services, including Company Registration, GST, Trademark, Accounting, and Compliance solutions.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Achieve individual and team performance goals.
