What Youll Be Doing
- Connect with U.S.-based customers through outbound calls.
- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their financial needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for our Loan Consolidation and Debt Collection processes.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and daily work reports.
- Follow company processes while delivering a outstanding customer experience.
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Find smart and creative ways to connect with customers and keep conversations engaging.
What Were Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable talking to U.S. customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in an international BPO, Loan Consolidation, or Debt Collection process is a plusbut freshers are absolutely welcome to apply
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
