Job Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to the US to check claim status
Handling insurance denials and verifying patient eligibility
Following up with insurance companies
Meeting set productivity and quality benchmarks
Work Schedule & Facilities
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
Facilities Provided: Cab & meals
Salary Structure
Freshers: 20,000 CTC
Experienced: Up to 23,500 CTC
WITH UP TO INR 5000 INCENTIVES EVERY MONTH
Candidate Eligibility
Graduates in any discipline
(Excluding B.Tech current year, B.Pharmacy, MBA pursuing or 2026 batch)
Strong verbal and written English communication
Willingness to work in night shifts
Good analytical, listening, and computer skills
