We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for a Non-Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing platforms while ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent written communication and business writing skills.
- Positive understanding of English grammar, spelling, and email etiquette.
- Prior experience in Email Support, Chat Support, or any Non-Voice Customer Support process.
- Experience working with CRM or ticketing tools.
- Freshers with good communication skill can also apply.
