We are hiring experienced Customer Service Associates for a 9 months international project.
The role involves handling premium inbound customer interactions, ensuring first-contact resolution, recommending needs products, and maintaining strict compliance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries related to international banking products and services
- Provide accurate, prompt, and empathetic customer support Achieve first-contact resolution (FCR) across customer interactions
- Identify and recommend value-added banking products based on customer needs
- Adhere to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain detailed and accurate interaction documentation
- Meet assigned individual KPIs, productivity, and sales targets
- Handle escalations professionally and resolve conflicts effectively
