Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to International Voice Processes.
The role offers an attractive in-hand salary and opportunities for growth.
The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working at Office during the Day rotational shifts.
Multiple roles available for Immediate joiners at Gurgaon and Noida locations.
Process 1: Inbound/Outbound Customer Support Process at Gurgaon and Noida Locations.
About the Role
Make or receive calls on a daily basis to explain process to customers.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Education: PUC / Graduate Freshers and above.
Languages: Fluent in English
Rounds: HR, Versant, AMCAT and Manager Rounds
Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off
Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Shifts: Rotational Shifts will be disclosed at the time of interview.
Process 2
E-mail/Chat Process (Non-Voice Process)
Ability to write emails to customers to address their queries.
Resolve concerns and manage complaints via Email and Chat.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues through mail and Chat.
Education: 12th Pass and Above at Noida Location.
Experience: 6 months or more in International Chat Process.
Languages: Fluency in English,
Good Communication and Typing skills
Rounds: HR, ,AMCAT and Manager Round.
Workdays: 6 days + 1 rotational week off
Process 3: International Voice Process
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year (International Voice Process)

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon and Noida.
The role involves engaging with business clients through Calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Voice Process who want to grow their career in Customer Support domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Speak with US customers via calls, emails to build rapport and communicate with them on services provided by the company.
- CRM Tools: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and next steps in respective CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to update or to resolve any issues.
- Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in in any field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandate.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Skills Required
- Outbound calling & emailing.

- Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
- Strong Communication skills in both English.
Compensation & Growth
- Salary Range: 3.85 4.5 LPA (depending on experience & performance benchmarks in market)
Rounds: HR, AMCAT and Manager Round. Workdays: 5 days a week and Rotational 2 days Off.
Locations; Gurgaon and Noida.
Cab Facility will be provided at Gurgaon and Noida Locations.
