Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day operational activities while meeting defined SLAs.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
Develop and automate reports/dashboards using Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate updates effectively.
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Power Query)
Power BI (Dashboard Development & Reporting)
Excel VBA / Macros, Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.); AI certifications will be an added advantage. .
