Job Description:
1.Advanced SQL & Database Expertise - Expert-level SQL skills with
hands-on experience across relational (Postgres, Oracle) and NoSQL
(CosmosDB) databases, including complex query optimization and
performance tuning-
2. Big Data Pipeline Development - Proven experience building and optimizing data pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Kafka in production environment.
3. Programming Proficiency - Strong coding skills in Python and/or Java with experience in object-oriented programming, data processing libraries, and cloud platform APIs.
Nice to Haves:
- Stream processing and real-time data systems (Spark Streaming, Kafka Streams)
- Financial services or fintech domain knowledge
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Apache NiFi for data flow management
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline experience
Qualifications:
- A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Robust planning and organizational skills .
