Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new credit card customers through direct selling by Open Market Sourcing/ Corporate Visits/ Tele-Calling.
- Identify potential customers and generate current business opportunities.
- Promote and explain credit card features, benefits, and offers.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain high productivity levels with quality sourcing.
Lead Management
- Generate self-sourced leads through market networking and references.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeated business and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer experience during onboarding process.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of customer applications.
- Adhere to KYC, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
- Avoid fraudulent or mis-selling practices. .
