Key Skills/: Flawless Verbal Articulation/: Strong spoken English with a neutral diction, confident voice projection, and highly professional telephone etiquette tailored to business/-to/-business communications. CARC & RARC Familiarity/: Practical competency in deciphering standardized Claim Adjustment Reason Codes CARCs and Remittance Advice Remark Codes RARCs. Persuasive Communication Skills/: The ability to command phone conversations, politely challenge vague payer delay tactics, and confidently request exact operational timelines for claim re/-adjudication.
