- Role: Customer support for banking products, account servicing, and issue resolution
- 4. FinTech Bank Transaction Monitoring (Semi-Voice)
- CTC: Up to 6 LPA
- Graduates only
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- - Role: Review and monitor customer transactions, identify suspicious activities, perform transaction analysis, maintain compliance with AML guidelines, and handle customer interactions through semi-voice support.
