Key Responsibilities
- Interact with international clients via voice calls to answer inquiries, resolve technical/billing queries, and offer service recommendations.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction scores while adhering to strict international quality standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support leads or specialized technical teams when necessary.
- Track and update customer interaction histories in real time within global CRM platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in International Voice Process / BPO (US/UK/AUS shift experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional command over spoken and written English with explicit accent and neutral diction.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts.
- Education: Graduate in any field.
