01Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Assessment & Mock Interview Process
- Conduct structured mock interviews for US candidates and screening rounds to evaluate candidates on communication skills, professionalism, and job readiness.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback and scorecards to hiring managers and recruiters to refine candidate pipelines.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate coordination across different time zones (US/India).
2. Core HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Handle end-to-end onboarding: documentation, background verification (BGV), induction, asset coordination, and welcome kits.
- Manage offboarding operations including exit clearances, handover coordination, and full & final (F&F;) settlement inputs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, policy inquiries, and workplace support.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS databases, and physical/digital personnel files.
3. Time, Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily biometric/HRMS time and attendance logs to ensure punctuality, roster adherence, and shift compliance.
- Track and manage all employee leaves (Casual, Sick, Earned, Paid Time Off) in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly attendance and leave reports for accurate, timely payroll processing.
4. Employee Insurance & Benefits Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between employees and the group health/medical insurance provider/broker.
- Manage additions, deletions, and updates of employees and their dependents on the insurance portal.
- Guide and assist employees with cashless claims, reimbursement processes, and policy documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree (BBA, BBM, B.Com, MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 25 years of proven experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Recruitment Coordination (experience in an USA IT/IT Staffing environment is a strong plus).
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written English communication; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and Time & Attendance software
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially MS Excel/Google Sheets for attendance formulas and tracking).
- Competencies: Strong organizational acumen, active listening, dispute resolution, and high attention to detail.
