Job Title: Process Associate/Sr Process Associate
Eligibility: Mandatory 1yr+ of work experience into AR Calling Voice Process
Job Role: Process Associate/Sr. Process Associate
Experience in Physician billing or Hospital billing
Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
Qualification: Any graduates can apply
Rounds of interviews:
HR screening
Online Assessment Test
Manager Round
Shift Timing: 5:30PM to 2:30AM (Monday - Friday)
Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.
(15km is the cab radius)
Interview Process- Only Face to Face Interview
Monday - Friday | 10:30am - 2:00pm
