We are hiring for Non voice process - Freshers and experienced.
Post: Client Service Executive-Non Voice
Education: Any graduate,
Shift time: Day shift
Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
Roles & responsibilities:
To key in data in the specific software used by the clients.
Receiving Patients Demography, Charge sheet, Payment Posting files, Cheques via scan from US or through lockbox (Banks site)
Key in the data received into the specific Client system (software).
Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs
Work cohesively in a team setting. Assist team members to achieve shared goals.
Compliance with client/project guidelines, business rules and training provided, companys quality system and policies.
Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner
Keep self-up-to-date on latest developments in the domain with respect to products and services offered in Medical field.
Punctuality is expected all the time.
Key skills:
Good at computer skills
Good at communication skill
Must be graduate
