Role & responsibilities
The incumbent will be primarily responsible to -
- Acquire current customers for liabilities from open market
- Assist the CRS - unsecured loans for conversion of existing borrowing customers for liabilities
- Enhance the relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling products and services as
per the profile & need of the customers
- Train/assist customers to use ATM and BCs; drive usage of alternate channels .
