Job Title: Technical Support Executive (Software Support)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide software-related support to customers. The role involves attending customer calls, troubleshooting software issues, providing remote assistance, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
Attend customer calls and provide technical support. Troubleshoot software-related issues. Assist with software installation and configuration. Provide remote support to customers. Escalate unresolved issues to the technical team. Maintain support tickets and customer records.
Qualification
Any Graduate / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech
Experience
Freshers or 01 years of experience.
Languages: Hindi & English .
