01Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and basic server environments.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and monitor Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Manage and track IT assets, including computers, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Support employee onboarding by setting up hardware, software, and user access.
- Maintain ISO-related records and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve technical issues and implement IT solutions.
- Assist in system monitoring, software updates, and routine maintenance activities.
- Support management with IT requests, reporting, and asset control processes.
- Learn and work with various IT tools and internal systems as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts.
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, storage devices, and peripheral management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience in IT Asset Management is preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
- MCSE
- CCNA .
