Designation: Underwriter/Sr.Underwriter
Location: Pune / Chennai(WFO)
Shifts: Night shift
- A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting
- Expertise in Underwriting Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
- Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios
- Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction
- Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
- Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection
- Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly
- Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
- Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
