Role & responsibilities
Assist clients with mutual fund investments and transactions.
Understand client requirements and risk profile.
Explain suitable mutual fund investment options.
Handle SIP registrations, purchases, redemptions, and switches.
Follow up with existing clients for additional investments and SIPs.
Maintain client records and transaction details.
Monitor client portfolios and provide periodic updates.
Develop new client relationships and generate business.
Coordinate with AMCs/platforms for transaction-related requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline; Finance/Commerce preferred.
03 years of experience in mutual funds, investment products, wealth management, banking, or financial services.
Good knowledge of mutual funds, SIP, lump-sum investments, redemption, and switching.
Understanding of equity, debt, hybrid, index, and other mutual fund categories.
Ability to understand client financial goals and risk appetite.
Good communication and client relationship-management skills.
Ability to explain mutual fund products and investment options to clients.
Basic knowledge of financial markets and investment risk.
Comfortable using computers, Excel, and online investment platforms.
Strong follow-up and customer-service skills.
Target-oriented and willing to build and maintain client relationships.
