Job Responsibilities
Execute and supervise Finishing or MEP (Electrical) works at the project site.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of project activities.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Review drawings, monitor site progress, and resolve execution issues.
Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Required Skills
Experience in Finishing (flooring, painting, plastering, waterproofing, false ceiling, faade, etc.) or MEP (Electrical) (HT/LT, DG, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, electrical systems).
Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
