About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies. This role is responsible for driving high-quality leads through multiple digital channels while collaborating closely with the sales team to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve lead generation objectives.
Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting relevant audiences.
Develop and implement Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies across various platforms.
Execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance analysis.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and increase conversion rates.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills Proficiency in Google Ads
Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads
Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
