Role & responsibilities Finding Customers on the Ground: Going to crowded areas like malls, petrol pumps, office parks, or local markets to talk to people and find interested buyers. Explaining Card Benefits: Helping people understand what the SBI credit card does, such as showing them how much money they can save on shopping, fuel, or travel. Checking If They Qualify: Briefly checking the customer's age, job status, and income to see if they are eligible for the card before applying. Helping with Paperwork: Collecting necessary documents like their Aadhaar, PAN card, and salary slip to complete their application quickly. Hitting Monthly Targets: Meeting your monthly sales goals set by the company while making sure customers get their cards issued smoothly. Preferred candidate profile Field Readiness: Must be fully prepared for daily outdoor field work, travelling across local markets, malls, and commercial hubs to generate sales. Basic Communication & Pitching: Clear local language speaking skills with the confidence to introduce products and pitch card features to strangers in public settings. .
