Sales Advisor GST, Taxation & Trademark
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries related to GST, Taxation and Trademark services.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into sales.Achieve monthly sales targets.Follow up with potential customers and close sales.Explain services, pricing and process clearly to customers.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and convincing skills.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Good customer relationship management skills.Knowledge of GST, Taxation & Trademark will be an advantage.Sales experience in B2B/B2C or business services is preferred.Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.Qualification
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
