Role & responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Reach out to prospects who enquired about EV two-wheelers online or via social media.
- Product Pitching: Explain battery range, charging times, smart features, and central/state subsidy perks.
- Showroom Bookings: Invite prospective customers to local dealerships and book slots for physical vehicle test rides.
- Follow-up Calls: Engage warm leads who visited the showroom but havent purchased yet.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of call history, customer preferences, and appointment status in tracking software.
Preferred candidate profile
- EV Awareness: Basic knowledge of electric two-wheeler metrics like battery capacity (kWh), range per charge, charging time, and running cost savings versus petrol.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with basic CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or lead tracking systems to log daily call statuses.
- Target Orientation: Highly self-motivated to meet or exceed daily call volume targets (typically 80100 calls/day) and monthly showroom walk-in quotas.
- Multilingual Capability: Fluent in the local language (Marathi/Hindi) to build trust with local buyers, alongside functional English for system documentation.
- Vocal Attributes: Clear pronunciation, pleasant voice modulation, active listening skills, and a high degree of patience over the phone.
- Freshers Allowed: Energetic freshers with a strong passion for EV technology, automobiles, or clean energy are highly preferred. .
