Job Description
Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework.
Creating and executing automated test scripts for web, desktop, API, and enterprise applications.
Developing reusable automation libraries, utilities, and test suites.
Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and coordinating with development teams for issue resolution.
Integrating automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
Preparing test reports, automation metrics, and quality dashboards.
Participating in requirement reviews and test case design activities.
Ensuring software quality through comprehensive automation coverage.
Supporting continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and test automation methodologies.
Experience in API testing using REST services.
Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Appium, or similar automation tools.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
Exposure to databases and SQL queries for test validation.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities. .
