Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Strategy & Leadership
Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy for enterprise applications and SaaS products.
Lead end-to-end design activities from research to final implementation.
Establish and maintain enterprise design systems and UI standards.
Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers while promoting design best practices.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency.
User Experience Design
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability studies.
Create user personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps, and information architecture.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.
Continuously improve user experience based on analytics and customer feedback.
User Interface Design
Design modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
Develop scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI assets.
Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital products.
Product Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product demonstrations.
Design Innovation
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
Introduce innovative design concepts that enhance user engagement and productivity.

Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years leading enterprise product design initiatives.
A solid portfolio showcasing enterprise web, mobile, and SaaS applications.
Preferred Experience
Designing AI-powered applications and conversational interfaces.
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications. .
