Location: Pune (WFO)
Address: Viman Nagar
Shifts: Night shift A Minimum of 3+ years' work experience in US Residential Mortgage specifically in Frontend (Live) US Residential Underwriting Expertise in Underwriting Reviewing Income, Credit, Collateral & Capital
Expertise in calculating all type of Incomes (Salaried/Self Employed and Other Income), Asset & Ratios Must have experience in Underwriting all type of loans Purchase/Refinance/Construction Expertise in reviewing the Guideline (Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac)
Evaluating the Loan documents for approval/rejection Review Appraisal document to identify whether the property has been evaluated correctly Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy
Approving/Denying/Counter Offer the loans after verifying borrower eligibility
