Responsibilities/Expertise:
US Residential Mortgage is Mandatory
Monitor and manage email inboxes for incoming Title, Insurance and Recorded documents; review and upload them to Salesforce for the respective files.
Strong knowledge of reviewing the post-closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
Strong knowledge on reviewing the Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy.
Complete the Data Entry in Salesforce for the received Final Title Policy, Recorded Documents and Insurance policy.
Strong experience in all 4C's
Good exposure in Post closing documents - Note, Mortgage and Deed of trust.
Strong knowledge in email management and communication skills.
