Job Role: IT Recruiter-Domestic Staffing
Location: Hitech-City, Hyderabad (Work from office)
Shift: 9.00 AM -6.00 PM
Experience required: 4+ years

Role & responsibilities
- Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Team handling experience is must
- Technical Expertise: Understanding the technical requirements of IT roles and translating them into job descriptions.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Hiring Process Management: Collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Candidate Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Employer Branding: Promoting the company's reputation as a outstanding place to work.
- Team Handling
