Role & responsibilities
Maintain order ID/ Creating orders databases
Execute and maintain pricing processes including: Billing and receipts
Order management, End-of-life product updates
Handle emails.
SLA tracking, and handling client calls/escalation process.
Ensure meeting SLAs and measuring KPIs, day-to-day query resolution, and timely process escalations.
Quality Initiatives and Identifying automation initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
University or College degree
Min 6 months of experience in any domain
Work Profile
Shift: 24x5 including night shift
