Role Overview
We are seeking a senior individual contributor to execute benchmarking analytics, client intelligence, and data-driven strategy work for global financial institutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in financial services analytics, Corporate Banking strategy, benchmarking methodologies and executive-ready insight generation.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently manage complex analytical workstreams, improve workflows, and deliver high-quality client-facing outputs.
Key Responsibilities
Benchmarking Analytics Execution
Execute end-to-end benchmarking analytics for global investment banks. Manage collection, validation, processing, and quality control of sensitive client submissions. Maintain and enhance wallet-sizing methodologies and benchmarking models. Produce accurate benchmarking outputs, insights, dashboards, and client presentation materials. Combine public and private data to generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Perform data wrangling, cleansing, transformation, and automation using Python, Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
Contribute to long-term client relationship management through high-quality analytical delivery.Key Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of Banking, including products, competitive landscape, and bank strategies in India or Global. Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical plans and deliver actionable outputs. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and storytelling skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently on complex, data-intensive projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Qualifications and Experience
25years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, Client Strategy, capital markets, corporate/institutional banking, or benchmarking analytics. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field preferred. MBA, CFA, FRM, or similar qualification is a plus. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Python. Experience handling sensitive client data and producing senior stakeholder-ready deliverables.
