Job Description

• Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
• Convert medical diagnoses, procedures, and clinical information into standard medical codes.
• Work with ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding systems.
• Develop knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and pathology.
• Ensure accuracy and quality while coding medical records.
• Follow standard coding guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity and turnaround-time targets.
• Work with the training and quality teams to improve coding knowledge and accuracy.
• Freshers will receive appropriate training and guidance.
