Description We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage staff activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Manage inventory levels, including stock control, receiving, and shipping of goods.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and logistics to optimize supply chain processes.
Develop and maintain warehouse procedures and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and career development.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-10 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various warehouse functions.Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve warehouse performance. .
