- Vehicle movement monitoring
- Customer calling for scheduling orders delivery, pickup
- Daily Route Planning
- Urgent Pickup Scheduling & monitoring
- Vehicle Cost Control
- Customer Escalation Mail Follow-up & resolution
- Vehicle Arrangement & Management
- Support Staff Training & development
- In-transit damage Control
- Coordination with warehouse team for inward and outward errors
- Alternative order planning in case of in transit cancellation
