Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and product storage, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows at The Global Zone.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and manage stock levels to avoid discrepancies and ensure availability of products at The Global Zone.Order Processing: Handle order processing, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers at The Global Zone.Team Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols at The Global Zone.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing routes and delivery schedules for cost efficiency at The Global Zone.Safety Compliance: Enforce and monitor safety standards within the warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations at The Global Zone.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity at The Global Zone.Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and machinery, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime at The Global Zone.Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues to senior management at The Global Zone.Customer Service: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence at The Global Zone.
02Requirements
Educational Qualification: Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are preferred.Experience: 0 - 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of effective warehouse management at The Global Zone.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational goals at The Global Zone.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of warehouse operations efficiently at The Global Zone.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order processing to ensure operational efficiency at The Global Zone.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, management, and external partners at The Global Zone.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational issues and challenges effectively at The Global Zone.Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools is advantageous at The Global Zone.
