01Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction for all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring reliable and efficient material flow across the site. Own end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound materials through outbound finished goods, supporting uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery, and warehouse efficiency, and take action to drive continuous improvement. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Create an inclusive environment that encourages accountability, engagement, and growth. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to align priorities and ensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and all regulatory requirements. Support audits and maintain a strong state of inspection readiness. Own warehouse procedures and documentation, including SOPs, ensuring they are current, effective, and consistently followed. Leverage and optimize SAP WM and ERP systems to improve inventory control, traceability, and operational efficiency. Partner with Finance to ensure inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and alignment with financial processes. Oversee inventory management processes such as cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and root cause analysis. Manage external partners and vendors related to logistics and transportation, ensuring performance expectations are met. Drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean principles, 5S, and data-driven decision making. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply to production.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelors degree (preferred) with 5+ years of warehouse management experience, including leadership responsibility. 2+ years of experience in a regulated environment (GMP/GDP). Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced operational setting. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, or similarly regulated industries (FDA, USDA, EMA). Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization. Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred, including WM module) and Microsoft Office.
